Review workflow

Keep the evidence and the decisions together.

Structure helps you follow a review. It does not make an AI’s legal conclusions correct.

  1. Map the deal and preserve the original

Identify parties, role, purpose, price, timing, dependencies, and exit. Separate contract text, supplied instructions, inference, and unknowns. Verify extracted text and attachments before reviewing meaning.

  2. Find material issues

Compare the draft with the stated bargain. Trace definitions, payment formulas, conditions, notice clocks, warranties, and linked remedies. Record the supporting passage or a documented absence, the consequence, and competing readings.

  3. Choose the changes

Review the options and their tradeoffs. Adopt, retain, defer, or customize each finding. The assistant requests missing context when it would change a material recommendation and reuses answers already given.

  4. Apply a guarded plan

Bind the plan to the current document version. Substantive changes must link to an adopted or custom finding. Keep the original and record why each operation was approved.

  5. Compare and recheck

Inspect changed amounts, negation, permissions, conditions, definitions, references, and downstream clauses. Return clean text, a readable comparison, decisions, remaining issues, and checks actually performed.

Know the limits. The engine checks versions, record shape, quoted passages, and certain mechanical patterns. It does not verify law, resolve every reference syntax, or prove that the quoted passage supports the finding.
