One complete skill. Your own assistant.

Choose the archive for your host, install the complete skill folder, and enable it. Keep the references, forms, and scripts together; uploading SKILL.md alone leaves those components out. Begin with a fictional or sanitized agreement to check your host’s behavior.

Claude

  1. Download the skill

Use the Claude skill ZIP. It contains a contract-check folder with SKILL.md, references, forms, and the Python engine.

  2. Add and enable it

Upload the ZIP through Claude’s custom Skills interface. For Claude Code, extract contract-check into ~/.claude/skills/ or the project’s .claude/skills/. Check that the host can access the bundled files and run Python; account and workspace settings can affect access.

  3. Start a review

In a new conversation, request Contract Check and provide your agreement, role, and objective. Check that the assistant can read the references and run the bundled commands.

  1. Use a skill-enabled workspace

If your interface offers skill upload, use the direct-upload ZIP. It has SKILL.md at the archive root. Enable the skill and the file and execution tools needed by the engine.

  2. Use the plugin route when available

The separate plugin ZIP wraps the same skill for Plugin Creator. Upload it through that plugin’s supported create or update workflow, rather than a skill-only upload field.

    Download the plugin ZIP ↓
  3. Check the host capabilities

A plain chat without skill files or execution can support a manual discussion, but it cannot claim to have run the packaged checks. The complete package is required for the full runtime.

A first prompt

Use Contract Check to review this fictional agreement. I represent the customer and want clear payment and termination terms. Read the bundled references, identify evidence-linked findings, and ask about missing facts that would change a material recommendation. Show the choices before applying substantive edits.

What to check in the first run

  • The assistant identifies your role and objectives.
  • Findings quote the actual agreement or explain what was searched for a missing provision.
  • Material changes remain proposals until you choose.
  • The final response names the checks actually run and unresolved issues.
